If a webmaster wants to collect data from a visitor to their website, a common way to do that is adding a form that will email the data to the webmaster - that way the information is received very fast and can be acted on. We do that on our listing detail page for our customers in several different ways. To insure that the information being sent is true and not spam we add a step that requires the visitor to enter some data that is unique to the visit. Lately we have been generating a lot of spam emails so we changed the form to use reCAPTCHA - the internets most secure form submission passkey.

Evidently she had created a Google account with her email address lynda@tn-realty.com then when I set up her Google Apps email it created an account conflict with a recent software change by Google a few day ago. Just finished the home page redesign. Have a few new "Broker" website features cumming soon thanks to some ideas from Gary Venice at East Tennessee Waterfront Properties.  In 2007 I told several people that "it [the economy] was going to get very bad then get better slowly. I want to be on the wave that gathers when it does get better, and it will".

This work is me paddling as hard as I can to get ready to ride. It is exciting to finally get some feedback from customers that are beginning to see the advantages of my system over what they were using. Over the last several weeks I have had several new customers abandon some of the big name website providers in the Real Estate industry.
